From the Greek “KNOW THYSELF”, means get to know all parts of you: the Good, Bad & the Ugly and learn to Love and Accept Yourself “as is”, and then you are free to grow and navigate life consciously. Learn about your Dark Side (Shadow) and rather than hiding from it or trying to impress everyone on how “perfect you are”. As you become aware and do some conscious processing of it you will reclaim emotional vitality and energy. You feel more trustworthy and real to everyone around you. You come to a place of self-acceptance and calmness. You accept that being human is being perfectly imperfect and learn to laugh at and with yourself! Enjoy your life more! Tool vs Beliefs: Spirit Camp is not concerned with changing your beliefs or selling anyone on any beliefs. Keep your beliefs. Spirit Camp is only concerned about giving your tools and helping you learn to use them as automatically and comfortably as driving a car. Spirit Camp teaches techniques and tools which will become part of your daily life. We all brush our teeth several times a day. Spirit Camp will lead you into "Brushing your Mind and Heart and using the Breath of Spirit daily" along with other valuable tools for your happiness and effective living. There will be no conflict with anyone's beliefs.
Business Sense: "Coming from the Heart" in a business will make everything better. Employee relations and satisfaction with their work and lives, customer's feeling welcome and well served, communications easier and managing both business and personal issues smoothers.
