Weapons of mass happiness:
Love, Forgiveness, Kindness and Non Judgment.
Apply these "verbs of actions", directing them toward your "Inner terrorist" (aka Shadow), as well as to those around you who are upsetting your life.
"Love your Enemies" the Christ. Notice he did not say "love your
friends.....that takes no effort compared to "Love your Enemies".
It is like you have all the wishes you want from the Genie from Aladdin's Lamp. The secret, or trick of it all, is that the "Genie" is inside of your Heart. "Love is the Answer" and it is the
Hardest work on the planet to live and apply!!!
Instead of Hate or Indifference, take the High, Difficult and Unselfish Road.........of Loving Everything and Everyone in your life. Absolutely everyone and everthing...your past
horrible events...send them love until they lose their power over you. You don't have to ever "like" those events. But to be free, you have to learn to love them in order to have a full release from the negative influence over your life, relationships and health.
Initially it may seem lonely there this Path of Love, as not too many people take this Golden Path. It is the hardest thing to do on Earth. However, once you are on it, you will find yourself living in the now and not lonely.
THE PATH OF HEART
Love is: Forgiveness.....Kindness.....Non Judgment.
Love works.
Love is the answer.
Love yourself and everything you have experienced & Love everyone else.
(you don't have to "like" in order to send love
to others or your past)
To love everything is an "ideal" and a "goal" to work for everyday. It keeps your life focused in the right direction. Read "Brother Lawrence" a short book about a Catholic Monk who lived a couple of hundred years ago if you want to read about someone who learned to love his life, even though he never became anything but a common monk. As a young man he had dreamed of making it to the top of the ladder. His limitations prevented that. He made up his mind to "bloom where he was planted" and in doing so taught many others by his example, not by preaching or teaching, how to love life.
That is the "Short Stuff".
