Psychology, Goal Setting & Goal Making without these values present in your actions and expressions are vacant in the long run.
Application of these dominant principles in Personal, Business & Family life is the focus of Spirit Camp.
Learning more about yourself and learning how you can live from a Spiritual Basis…that is the focus of Spirit Camp.
All of these lessons have been taught in ancient writings, the beginnings of all religions and in the lives of Saints, Mystics and many common people.
In the business world we can all “feel” a business organization which is operating
with these principles as their foundation “Values”. Mission statements are sort of bogus and empty brags for many companies. Many companies have great words on the wall about caring for customers and somehow forget to care about their employees. It all comes shining through, or rather raining through as no company or person can hide their true colors, feelings or values. There is the invisible and yet powerful energy which communicates everyone’s actual application and their real level of living. The eternal laws of love, respect, forgiveness, tolerance and grace, or the lack thereof, can be sniffed out by anyone as sure a dog can smell fear easily. Our “gut reaction” will instantly tell us a lot about a person, a group of people in a room and a company.
The values and lessons taught by Spirit Camp are both legally and emotionally
acceptable by any company who wants to move from dog eat dog level to a Heart Based way of working with their employees and customers. It all starts at the top. Managers and owners set the limits of Heart expression. They must lead from the Heart.
Control: As individuals, families, organizations, and companies we all want to exert total control over everything in our lives. That is not fully possible. To set out with good ideas of direction and reasonable goals and control in a Heart Based way is what works and produces the best results. The wisdom of surrendering to a higher power or principle works equally well for everyone. It allows for creativity to emerge both from the inside and the outside.
